Several hours after my response I felt little guilty. I failed to mention I had removed the radiator to have it cleaned and overflow tube soldered back. That made removing the bolster much simpler. Incidentally, used a 5/8 in bolt, with nut and washers to squeeze the top bushing down into place. The bottom I had turned the bolster upside down in a bench press to push it in. The bolster is heavy, so careful! A winch comes in real handy if you do take it off.
