When tractor dies the fuel pump is not clicking. I tap on the pump and I starts working. At one point I tried an auto parts fuel pump. It had too much pressure and flooded carb. Had carb rebuilt twice. Thats when went back and bought IH fuel pump. New IH pump acts just like original one. I took line off going into carb. With pump on there is a full stream of fuel there. I reconnected line and removed plug in bottom of carb. I also had plenty of fuel running through carb. RB
