Anti-freeze in oil- always problem?

I got a Farmall B last fall and finally got around to changing the oil and noticed some anti-freeze. Does that mean big or little problems? The tractor runs great and I think the engine has had little use. I do know that the guy before me had the head off to look at the valves and was thinking maybe the gasket didn't seal. No cracks on the outside.
