IH C-1200 pickup

Can anyone out there give insight on the reliability of the '63 c-1200? 3/4 ton truck. Possible value of one that has been sitting awhile(inside)but runs fair. Three speed on column and V-8 motor. Has rust on front fenders and rust on underside of bed but not rusted completely out. Are parts available through places such as NAPA or Carquest or where? Thank you much.
