probably just need to file and clean the points, set the gap at .013" Be careful what you use to clean with inside the mag. I used starting fluid once, dryed it out really good put the cap back on , checked for spark while holding it in my hand, worked great,then put it on tractor, cranked it over and the cap blew into a million pieces. Lucky it was'nt my hand. must have been some vapors inside yet.
