I have an international 444 gas tractor. While boxblading the tractor just shut down. I've checked the fuel, drained the carb, drained fuel line, pulled dist. cap, checked rotor, pulled spark plug, checked for fire. No Fire. Pulled sheet metal off tractor and checked wiring with no sign of a short. Coil sounds like water in a half full fruit jar when you shake it. I'm in the process of getting a new coil but 60 miles from a store. Do you think it might be something else? The tractor has had most of the wiring cut although the oil pressure, temp, and amp gauges work. The tractor will roll over but not start.
