I had the same thing happen with my w-9, it had sat many years. What I found was scale in the tank would plug up the outlet in the tank.Id blow it back into the tank and she would run fine for a few minutes till crud blocked the hole again.I just kept removing the whole assembly and let out a little gas with crud, and put it back together, It took me 10 or 20 times of doing this b-4 i got it under control, I still have to do it once in a while when im using the tractor.
