IHC 784 Tractor D246 Diesel Motor (German Motor)

I just had this 784 tractor (D246 motor - German motor) overhauled including a full rebuild of the Bosch "CR" injector pump and new injector tips. Before the OH the tractor would start up easy and not make much smoke. After the OH the tractor puts out a lot of smoke after starting until it is warmed up, and right after starting the tractor was missing for 15 to 20 seconds after startup. I did not accept the tractor as it was and told the dealer who worked on it to come get it, which he did. The dealer didn't do anyting to the Bosch pump after I sent the tractor back (the dealer had in connection with the OH sent the Bosch pump out for a rebuild), but said he found one injector which had 400lbs lower
preasure than the others and he fixed that. I told the dealer not to bring the tractor back until I came in to start it at the dealership, which I did today. The tractor starts up and still makes a lot of smoke until it runs for a minute or so, much more smoke than it ever did before the OH. The dealer says "this German motor is one of the dirtiest starting motors there is" and he says the motor is OK and the injector pump is OK. He says don't worry about it (the excess smoke, etc. during startup). But, upon starting the tractor makes much more smoke than it ever did before the OH. I question whether the right injector tips were installed, or if the Bosch "CR" injector pump rebuild was correct, but the dealer says everything is fine. The tractor still misses a little for 10 or 15 seconds after starting and puts out lots more smoke until warmed up. The tractor never did this before the OH. If what the dealer says is correct, that this is just the way this "dirty starting German motor is",then in my opinion this German motor isn't worth a darn and I am sorry I spend the $5,000.00 for the OH. Anyone out there have a "German Motor" IHC tractor like a 784? This is a British built tractor and is a 1982 model. I had it OHed because the front seal was leaking, the throwout bearing was shot and the tractor was putting an oily mixture out the exhaust and leaking that mixture around the exhaust manifold.
