Hi there I have had a delco alternator on my H fo a few years.I have just this week installed a new battery and alternater, and i am working on the wiring as well.my new alt is a delco as well On the big positive post with the nut I put a wire directly to the battery.From the number two terminal I ran a wire to my ignition switch, I am not sure what to do with the number one post,I am thinking posibly a amp meter with the wire going through the ignition switch so it is not drawing power when the tractor is not running.
