The local dealer here closed up shop in 1962. The building is still there; I drive by it every day(it's now home to a printing company). Some of the employees were given the choice to transfer to another dealership about 20 miles away. That dealer is still in business - they went the distance with IH and kept the truck franchise after IH sold the ag division. I'm waiting for one of the new Next Generation Trucks to show up on their lot so I can check it out.
