Transmission Differential Oil

Hello, I own a '46 farmall M. Getting water in the transmission and differntial case. Probably leaks in under the seat.
Question is this. What type of fluid is best to replace whats in there. It takes 52 quarts but in my manual it doesn't say weight of oil. Is is 80-90w or transmission fluid?
