I have a 59' 350 utility that I can't get out of gear easily when I get in an awkward position, like when I am loading the bucket and want to back out of it. It shifts fine until I have the slightest of force against the tractor, backing up or down a hill and want to go forward kind of situation. The clutch disengages movement, but the trans won't disengage to let me get a forward or reverse gear. It will shift fine if I'm selective as to when I shift.
