Doug lean your high speed down another 1/4 turn or so. If you have new packing material installed for the high speed needle, it sounds like you need to tighten down the packing nut a tad more. Keep a screwdriver on your needle while you tighten the nut so you don't mess up your mixture setting. I am not sure what you mean by "discharge nozzle screw head".
