We were moving our IH 800 planter around (Safety locks holding it up)w/ a Farmall M this spring and to my suprise the M would not lift it. I think the tractor did not have enough pressure to open the check valve which was originally on the planter for the row marker setup we have since removed as the planter should not be that heavy with no seed or fertilizer in it. Just a thought.
