power loss on 140 tractor

The tractor starts fine and runs smooth. If I hook up my 6ft finish mower to the tractor it runs good for about the first 10 min. after that if I am pulling up a hill it starts to stall and misfire. If I push in the clutch the tractor idiles fine until I engage the clutch. If I pull the choke closed the 140 will run ok but at reduced power. I have removed and cleaned the carb but still have same problem. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks Mark.
