Mark, as Daniel states, you need to verify that you have a good flow of fuel to and through that carb. Pull the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb and with the fuel turned on, determine that fuel is flowing freely through it. You'll get an initial gush of fuel as the float bowl empties, what happens after that is key, there needs to be adequate flow. Now, usually partial choking compensates for either vacuum leaks or poor fuel. Lastly, assuming fuel has been ruled out, try an inexpensive experiment - replace the ignition coil (assuming a battery ignition unit). Good Luck, Curt
