Farmall H Carburetor

Help! After rebuilding the carb on my H it has refused to run with one exception; after reinstalling it the float stuck momentarily and the excess gas made the motor start briefly.

I took the carb off for the third time and took it to the local tractor shop, they boiled it out and reassembled it but it still won't start.

There is fuel to the carb and in the float bowl and I have a good spark.

Any help is appreciated, the grass is growing as I type!!!
