I've got a 350 utility also. I've heard that the power steering wasn't exactly the best design in the world. It does give the PS priority as far as hyd flow (1st 3gpm, I believe goes to PS, but with mine, if your using the loader, & turn the wheels, the loader slows/stops until the wheel is straightened again. It does sound like you might have some air yet in system, it'll eventually work its way out. If it's too bad, I'd try to find someone w/equip to test pump pressure. They're good old tractors, good luck!
