live hyd on H

Guys,
I was wondering if I can put a hyd pump on my H. I have a saginaw three point and the belly pump does not do the job i need it to do. Such as lifting a six foot disc. What would it take to do this. I see that the super H has live hyd. Could I take something off of a super H and make it work on my 52 H. CHUCK
