This is true, and it was also hashed out on this board last year. I knew an old IHC mechanic, Eddie Trummel who's long since died, and he told me all ball bearing main IHC tractors were covered by a life time warranty on the crankshaft and main bearings. And also doubt it could be honored now days. Adios
