Marvin,

1. Check for a threaded hole in the end of your crankshaft. Drill a small indentation in the center of the head of a bolt and screw the bolt into the end of the crankshaft.

2. Do not try pulling on the outside edge of the pulley. Often the pulley will break. Use a bearing separator so you are pulling on the back side of the pulley hub.

3. Slightly heat the pulley evenly. It doesn't need to be hot. Just a good warming will make the job easier.

When reinstalling the pulley use the threaded hole in the end of the crankshaft to pull the pulley on.
