Keep in mind that this tractor is a female! Leave the clamp off, and drop a smaller bolt in the hole where the pin goes. Drive it around a bit and it will loosen up. In the worst case, you might have to wait till next winter when it is moving snow and you really need it. It might help to pray for it to remain solid. Murphy's law rules!
