These things really get rusted in solid. Rust occupies a lot more volume than iron and hence when the rust is in a confined space, it really tightens things up. I think your best bet is to apply heat. Especially on the tie rods. For the axle, heat and also rig up something that will allow you to apply constant pressure to the ends of the axle. Maybe a 3/4 inch pipe clamp as used normally for woodworking. Or use some pipe and angle iron to make a jig you can use with a hyraulic jack to put pressure on the ends of the axle. Also, using a big pipe wrench to try to turn it may help too. However, that may put some marks on the axle you don't want. It's not an easy job some other folks here on the forum have gone through the same thing. It takes patience and perserverance.
