What you have with your front rims is very common on IHC tractors. Almost all, if not all IH tractors had that type of wedge system to hold the rims to the wheels, at least from the introduction of H's and M's in '39 until the introduction of the 240, 340, 460, and 560 in '59. They used a stamped steel disc wheel, and to my knowledge, that was the first time IH did that. Someone who is more familiar with the F12's and 14's can comment on the front wheels they had, but having spent a lot of hours on H's and M's I am familiar with them.
