I think this is major - the PTO drive comes from concentric shafts up by the clutch. Seems to me perhaps 40% or more of the parts in the transaxle are different, plus you've got the PTO planetary unit itself on the back of the tractor. Figure same as tractor split and trans rebuild (time) and probably buying & moving the whole rear end of another tractor. My sense is it would be better to consider selling yours and buying one that came with the LPTO, if you've got to have it.
