How much time and money?

I have a 300U and would like to have a live PTO instaled on it. How much time and money can I expect to spend on this project? Will I be able to find a used live PTO out there. If I do find one, should I have to rebuild it for peace of mind?
Also is power steering a must with a small front loader on a 300U? The bucket size would be 60"W x 22"deep?
