Hello, I would try it and see what happens if you have it centered it should work fine cause they are not balanced flywheels, or you could go have it balanced and then it would be perfet. My neighbor has a 560 with a 478 cubic inch V-6 GMC truck motor, he built it so it would run with a JD 4020, it has 128 hp on the dyno and so much torque its not even funny. When he put it together they cut the center out and then droped the other part over the out side and when it cooled it was stuck on there and isnt coming off. Thats what he told me. It was build in about 62 and he has farmed with it ever since, course the last 5 years or so it hasnt done much besides pull a wagon. If the machine shop did i would say it would be ok, take it to a welding shop and they can weld it with what ever it needs, then take it back to the machine shop and have it balanced. it should be a smooth running tractor. I'm guessing your planing on pulling this tractor or what is you plans? Hope this helps just my few pennies Thanks Shawn
