Welding a Farmall H flywheel

I am installing an IH 203 combine engine into an H Farmall. I cut the center hub out of the combine flywheel with a bi-metal hole saw and had the H farmall flywheel milled out at the machine shop for the hub to fit. ( press fit of .003 ) What kind of welding procedure do I need to use to weld the hub into place? The machine shop said that they did not do any welding.
