electrical problem Farmall 460

Have Farmall 460. Ran great until hauled about 250 miles. Started, backed it off the trailer and it immediately died never to start since. I have replaced coil, resistor, points, condensor, rotor not once but twice thinking I possibly had purchased a bad part. Multimeter reads .04 volt draw at the points which I don't think should cause it not to start. It has good voltage to the points but the points won't spark. HELP!
