Hey guys..I know this probably should go on the Garden Tractor Board, but those guys never answer any questions. Does anybody have any knowledge of the Cub Cadet 882 with the Kubota Deisel engine? I am looking at one, but the owner says the engine is bad (don't know if it is rebuildable or not). If the engine is shot, anybody know of a gas replacement? The deisel is Kubota made and cost 3 times what a re-built engine for an H costs. The guy wants $500 for it with a bad engine...hardly worth putting a new $3000 engine in when I can get a good Cub Cadet 122 or 1200 for $500. Any and all help is appreciated...BB
