If you determine it is a bad solinoid , dont be afraid to open it up and inspect the contacts which will be burnt and you can usually clean them up or rotate the contact 180 deg and pick up a new surface . Youve got nothing to lose and theres no beter feeling than when you can fix something without having to buy parts. Good luck Don
