The differences between cylinders is not that bad at all. Tolerence is 15%, you are within that. The 90lbs isn't all bad either, but when you start getting below that you are going to notice more smoke, plug fouling, and oil usage. A fresh engine will run 110-115lbs. So the rings are probably starting to get worn just a little. Also if you notice the engine smokes more at startup and then eases you are also looking at worn valve guides. Bill {Antique Acres}
