If the oil comes out as just oil then you are ok, but if there is water in the oil, then you may have a crack in the water jacket someplace, or it may have come in with the rain. In any case, if there is water in the oil, the oil pump should be taken out and apart before turning over the engine, to be sure it is not rusted. Gas is ok, the compression is not that high. If you have no spark, check the points for corrosion. If there is no water in the cylinders, then the exhaust must have been covered and the rings should be ok. If you have water, the pistons are probably stuck. Everything can be fixed, it just takes time and money.
