Question on Farmall C price!

Hi all. I want your opinion on whether this is fair price for Farmall C. Very good condition - doesn't seem to burn oil. Taken care of. Comes with Woods 6 ft. belly mower, tire chains, fairly decent snow plow. The seller is asking 2800. Is that fair?! THANK YOU!
