Just a quick note on used Woods mowers...Yes they do cost about $1500 new, but a good used one wouldn't bring that at auction, so I think the price needs to be discounted to about $750 (max) and figure your prices accordingly.

As a relative novice to buying tractors myself, I have, after looking at a fair number of used tractors for sale, become fairly knowledgeable about local prices in my area and I can tell when a tractor is over priced. Yes everyone wants to know what they are buying is worth because no one wants to pay more than it is worth.

Do you research in your area and don't get stuck on a particular model.
