question 450D value

I have a opportunity to get a 450D... it hasn't been run in a few years (5-10). all the sheet metal is good and straight.. some surface rust has claimed most of the paint... it has the fast hitch and a set of front mount cultivators mounted...(I have no interest in the cultivators) susposedly it wasn't running right when parked... it is the gas-to-diesel type... it needs tires.. the tach shows about 4800 hours...any idea on value if engine is seized and if it is not seized up? any major problems or difficulties with this model tractor to watch out for? I would probably purchase to use for brush-hogging and light duties around the woods and fields... THANKS
