Super C cold start/compression?

I have a super c that runs pretty good in hot weather but is tough to start in cold weather. It's not much of a problem in the south where we live now but we're moving to the midwest this winter and i'd like to get it running better in the cold. I checked the compression (new at this) and got readings of 125psi +- 5 on all cylinders. After putting a little oil in each cylinder and checking I got readings between 130 and 135. Do you think my cold weather problem a compression problem requiring overhaul, valve job, or something else?
