Need Help With W-400 Diesel

My dad and I just bought a few more tractors and one of them was a W-400 Diesel. It runs on gas and switches over to diesel fine but once it is on diesel it smokes lots of white, blue and black smoke and misses. It doesn't knock and new injectors were just put in it a year and a half ago. I put all new Diesel fuel in it and have had all the fuel lines off and blowed air through them and cleaned the water trap and I'm pretty sure I got most or all of the air bled out of the lines, but it still doesn't run right.
