140 what would you pay?

I have been looking around for a 140 to replace my 100. What is a good 140 bringing these days. How should I go about telling what kind of mechanical condition a tractor is in. Also what would you give for the tractor with no equipment just cultivators. I know about waht equipment is worth but I need help on the tractor because I want to get a good tractor but not give to much for it. Thanks in advance!
