Keep the 300 for work, because of all the options (live pto, live hydraulics etc). Less hp than the M, but plenty for a cattle operation. On the 300 the engine may not be what is stuck. Could be a stuck clutch and/or a transmission problem. It's a long shot, but a possibility. By the way, what would you take to the M just like it sits? Good Luck.
