Farmall 300, Farmall M

I recently bought these two tractors. The 300 has a fast hitch, TA, three lever live hydralics, propane powered. The engine oil is very clean, but the engine is stuck. Any ideas? Is it worth rebuilding? Is there another engine that will fit on the frame? I am looking to use it, not to show it. The "M" is also complete(gasoline powered), but stuck, and when I pulled the oil plug, the pan was full of water. For a small farm/ranch which one would be the best/most economical to rebuild, as I have never heard either run, so I do not know what else may be wrong with either one. I may be interested in trading one or both for a running tractor that I can mow with, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Located in N. Texas.
