Shan, Check this out. I had the same problem with my front loader.
I had air in the cylinders. What I did was lower the bucket to the ground, and removed front pin on the cylinder. Then lowered the cylinder down to the ground so that the hydrolic hose end would be higher, then I removed hose at port. Then slowley pored 30Wt nondetergent oil down hose, do this very slowley as air will bubble back up line, very slow prosess, but worked . Bucket won't bounce at all now.
