Since you have already checked the things Red told you, try these. Unhook the line from the carburator. Open the valve on the sediment bowl. Check the gas flow to see that is ok. It should pour out of the line. If the gas supply is ok at this point, you are probably going to need to clean the carb out. You might as well get a carb rebuild kit while you have it apart. It sounds like you could have a piece of junk in the main jet. It would also be a good idea to get a screen for the sediment bowl and to clean the tank out while your at it. Fuel systems can be a real pain if they are not clean and well maintained.
