I set the carb with the engine warm. If the carb were going dry due to sediment in the tank, wouldn't the sight bowl go dry as well? It always stays full. Also, there is no screen above the sight bowl. Is it supposed to be above the bowl or in the tank. The screen filter on the end of the fuel line that goes into the carb was cleaned during the rebuild and looks as if new.
