Farmall Super A tie rod adjustment...

I just recently bought a '53 Farmall Super A. I am in the process of expanding the front end to make it a little wider. My problem is in the tie-rod. One end is adjustable (threaded tie rod end) and the other does not move at all. I am unable to determine if the outer end of the tie rod (connects to the idler arm) is pressed in or threaded.
