300 Utility -repairs

I've had my tractor about a week now. Overall, its a pretty good old tractor, but has a couple of things I would like to fix. One is the 3-pt. hitch driffs down. It has a leak on the control
valve. Can this be rebuilt? Where can I get the parts? Also, the tractor will only run good when the choke is in the closed position. I guess the carb. needs rebuilt. Same question as above, mainly where to get the carb kit. Thanks a lot.
