broken off, stuck head bolts

Where do you find all that has been written on removing stuck/broken off bolts on this discussion board? It's not in the article archives. The problem is broken head bolts stuck in the block. Used PB Blaster, Marvel Mystery oil mixed with brake fluid,heat, hammer and impact before breaking them off. Welded nuts and washers on the remaining stud. Finally am drilling the center out and soaking the remaining bolt in the hole with PB for an easy out. I thought I had seen numerous suggestions in the past but can't find them.Thanks
