I just took apart the front end wheel bearings on my 41' M. here's what I found on the inner bearing set: Felt washer and seal go on the axle inside the dust guard, in the hub is a cup shaped holder you might not notice until knocking out the race) then the bearing and race and finaly an inner seal. All make up the inner bearing set. When you have the hub on a bench with the outside up and some of the grease cleaned out, you can look through the hub and see the inside of the inner race and seal, There will be a noch in the hub so that you can get to the back side of the race, you can take a punch and hammer ( I reccomend atleast 2 lb ) and punch the race out, the inner seal and cup earlier mentioned will come out withe them. On the outside is the outer bearing and race and the big nut that keeps it all in. Carter and Grunwald usualy has the parts, remember to get the number off of the hub before calling. the number is across the hub from the casting code. Clear as mud? If you order the parts manual it has great exploded views of each part of the tractor. Good luck, Post what you find. Jon M
