The bonnet over the valves faces the left side. It appears to be original. It is designated by the model number on the tank of "M". All of the components match the models and types listed in service manual. The tank was Manufactured by the North Texas Tank co. I have a 5 digit serial number but unfortunately any inked printing cannot be read, only the stamped numbers.
