Farm all pistons

I purchased a farmall B the engine is in peices because of a cracked block. What I don't understand is the pistons they seem to be heavy cast but they have domes on them that I have only seen on car pistons that were 12 to 1 compression. If they were after market wouldn't they be aluminum not cast? The pistons are not here with me so I can't check for any #s.
